Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for items found to be defective by the manufacturers. Defects are defined as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Obvious flaws: Missing parts or stones, visible metal scratches
  • Incorrect specifications: Shipped items with incorrect dimensions
  • Style discrepancies: Receiving a design different from what was ordered

Please note:

  • Gemstones and pearls used in our products are natural materials, and may exhibit natural markings, color variations, or growth lines.
  • Handcrafted metalwork may show tool marks, tiny imperfections, or slight variations in dimensions.
  • Product photos may differ slightly in color due to screen settings.
  • As all our products are handcrafted, slight inconsistencies in craftsmanship, finishing, or enamel application are part of their unique charm and are not considered defects. Variations in enamel texture, color depth, or glossiness may occur due to the artisanal nature of the process.

These characteristics are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

Items must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to wear or misuse
  • Returns requested beyond the 7-day window

 

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note: Any transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount, and we shall not be responsible for any foreign exchange loss.
