- We offer a 7-day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers, and the definition of defect includes but is not limited to the following:

- Shipped items with incorrect dimensions
- Style discrepancies (e.g., receiving a different design) are considered defects
- Gemstones, and pearls in our products are all natural materials, so they may show natural markings, color variations, or growth lines. The metalwork is handcrafted, so you might notice tool marks or tiny imperfections, and dimensions may vary slightly. Product photos can also differ in color due to screen settings. These are all normal characteristics and not considered defects.
